Did you know that you have to disclose, in writing, prior to an offer if you have any ownership in a property?  Same is true if you have interest in purchasing a property. That’s Article 4.

Your CMA’s may not be legal.  Are you specifically disclosing that you are not an appraiser and the CMA is not an appraisal?  You should be.  Article 5.

Do your clients understand if you get a referral fee or not when they use a recommended vendor?  They should.  Article 6.

You can accept compensation from more than one party.  However, it must be disclosed and have consent.  Article 7.  This means if you’re in a traditional situation and the listing broker is paying the buyer broker fee, the buyer can still pay their agent a bonus.  It simply has to be disclosed. Of course I recommend you get that in writing.
